Remark:

• All rate are quoted in Baht and inclusive of daily Breakfast, service charge and Government Vat.
• There is no charge for one child under 10 years of age when sharing the room with adults without arranging an extra bed but breakfast will be charged 200 baht/meal
• If there are 2 children in the room, one extra bed will be applied and charged 800 baht/bed including breakfast automatically for the first child and one extra breakfast will be charged baht 200 / meal for the second child without arranging an extra bed,
• Baby cot is free of charge and it is subjected on request.
• The above rates are based on single and twin occupancy, Third person will be charged extra 1,000 baht/bed including breakfast
• Check out time is 12.00 AM and check in time is 02.00 PM.
• Pick - Up Service:
  - 800 Baht /private van / one way from Krabi Airport to resort. (Maximum 3 peoples)
  - 3,500 Baht / private van / one way from Phuket Airport to resort. (Maximum 6 peoples)
  - 4,000 Baht / private van / one way from Phuket city to resort. (Maximum 6 peoples)
• Cancellation/Amendment Policies:
  Any cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within the specified period below.  Failure to do so, we reserve a right to charge as follows:-
  - Peak Season: 30 days, or charge 100% of total payment.
  - High Season:25days, or charge 100% of total payment.
  - Low Season: 15 days, or charge 100% of total payment.
• No show: total payment will be charged.
  - No refunds will be given for checking out early.
  - Incase of No-Show full charge will be applied.
• Full prepayment:  Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit. No booking is confirmed.
