This payment system is designed for the mentioned booking details only.
If there are other expenses incurred (e.g. extra bed, car transfers, additional breakfast, etc.), you are required to pay on arrival at the hotel. We assume no responsibility on this issue.

  • Cooking and pets are not allowed.
  • Guest who violates the rule will be no longer allowed to stay and there shall be no refund.

  • Remark:

    • All the above rates are net in Thai Baht, including 10% Service Charge and 7% government tax. Exclude Breakfast
    • Rates are subject to change without prior notice. 
    • Check-In/Out Time Subject to the policy of the hotels, the check-in time is 1:30pm and the check-out 11:30am. Late check-out will be subjected to 100 THB/hr. penalty.
    • Full Prepayment before arrival.
    • Safe deposit boxes are available, free of charge, at the front office.
    • Visa/master card is accepted plus 4% bank charge.

    Transfer:  from Phe Pier to Ao Vongduern.

    • Ferry to Ao Vongduern @ 120 Baht/person. Leaves at 09:30am, 01:30pm, and 05:00pm. It takes about 40 minutes.
    • Alternatively, you may catch a public boat at Nualthip Pier and just say destination at Vongduern Villa.

    Cancellation & No Show Charges:

    • Cancellation must be made before 15 days prior to arrival date, otherwise the first night rate of the period will be charged.
    • In case of no show, the first night rate of the period will be charged.
    • Early check-out is non-refundable.

    Payment Policy:

    • Full prepayment within 15 days prior to arrival date.  Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
